Simple Oyster Patties recipe


12 patty shells.
24 small oysters.
1 medium onion, chopped.
5 stalks of green onions, chopped.
Parsley, finely chopped.
2 tablespoons of butter.
4 tablespoons of flour.
Salt and pepper, to taste.


Melt butter and make roux with flour.

Add the seasoning, add oysters and liquor from oysters.

Place in the baked patty shells and serve hot.
